Our Fond du Lac location is currently looking for a Diesel Shop Service Manager to join our team.

Duties are but not limited to:
Open shop, turn on the lights, and unlock all the doors in the department.
Edit and review time clock punches from the previous day for all the department employees
Review work orders and PM’s from the previous day
Distribute daily jobs to technicians
Send estimates to customers as needed.
Review parts need
Continually review jobs in progress, keeping customers up to date with jobs complete, defect write ups, changes to the repair requirements, changes to the estimated completion time, and update estimates as needed
Review repair orders ready to close
Make repair orders, work on parts availability
Prioritize workload based on needed completion times
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the heavy-duty truck service business
Good customer service skills and the ability to manage costs and personnel are a must.
Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License, CDL preferred
