Position Summary:

As an XCMG Equipment Sales Representative you are responsible for overseeing retail sales and promotion of Quality Truck Care Centers products. Our sales representative will build relationships by conducting sales calls, visiting customers, and conducting presentations of Quality Truck Care Centers products. Our sales representative will be making recommendations for products and services to customers. They will be monitoring competitive activities, implementing marketing tools, maintaining public relations through customer education and promotion of new products and services. The sales representative will be maintaining relationships within dealer guidelines and providing after-sales product follow-ups, as well as equipment operations support, attending industry trade shows and events to represent products and communicate with customers in person.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting equipment solutions, and closing sales.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the equipment, its features, and applications.

  • Technical Support: Providing demonstrations, training on equipment operation, and troubleshooting issues.

  • After-Sales Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction, providing parts and maintenance, and handling repairs.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.

  • Travel: Traveling to meet with customers and demonstrate equipment.

Job requirements

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agri-Business or related field a Plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Three plus years of sales experience in a related industry required.

  • A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Commercial Driver’s License Preferred and insurable driving history.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.

  • Ability to use a computer and current software programs required.

  • Strong social skills with ability to communicate with customers, team, and groups of people.
