Our Oshkosh location is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist who takes pride in their craft and wants to work in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Clean Breakrooms and restrooms, restocking amenities as needed.

  • Empty trash in offices and shops,

  • Basic building maintenance.

  • Additional basic cleaning tasks:

  • Power clean and mop floors, clean floor mats

  • Basic Havoc maintenance

  • Basic Electrical, changing light bulbs.

  • Plumbing skills

  • Snow plowing too, (hours subject to vary in winter with plowing)

  • Painting inside and outside (if needed)

  • General Building Maintenance such as grass cutting, weed treatment and minor landscaping ability.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have driver’s license and insurable (required)

  • Forklift certification.

  • high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be able to use and climb ladders
    Must be comfortable with heights and follow all safety protocols.

Work Environment:
The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The employee is occasionally exposed to dirt, dust, and fumes from the shop, as well as temperature changes due to weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
